OUMAA's environments—such as the Me Room, Us Room, and Coach Room—are educational and self-development tools intended to promote self-awareness, empathy, and mindful decision-making. They are not diagnostic or therapeutic programs and are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or clinical treatment. We do not provide crisis intervention, psychotherapy, or any licensed mental-health service.
By using OUMAA, you acknowledge that your engagement is for personal learning, insight, or growth, and not for obtaining medical or therapeutic advice. Use of the platform signifies your understanding of, and agreement to, these Terms and Policies.
2 Information We Collect
We collect and process only the minimum information required to operate the 7Qube platform securely, improve its functionality, and maintain user trust. 7Qube does not engage in behavioral tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising.

We do not use third-party cookies or analytics tools for tracking individuals. Limited operational data may be processed by secure third-party cloud or AI infrastructure providers acting solely as data processors, bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
3 How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect solely to operate, secure, and improve the OUMAA platform in line with our mission of promoting self-reflection and emotional intelligence. We do not monetize, sell, rent, or trade user data.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or significant personal effects, nor do we build behavioral or psychological profiles from your interactions. All AI responses are generated contextually and not retained beyond the duration of your session.
4 Data Storage & Security
We take the confidentiality and protection of your data seriously. 7Qube employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard all information collected during your use of the platform. Our approach is guided by internationally recognized frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and GDPR data-protection principles.

5 Retention & Deletion
7Qube adheres to a data-minimization and limited-retention policy, meaning we keep your information only for as long as it is required to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or resolve legitimate technical or support issues. Once data is no longer needed for these purposes, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Inactive accounts—those that have not been accessed for 12 consecutive months—may be permanently deleted following a notification to the registered email address.
You may request deletion of your account or associated data at any time by emailing hello@oumaa.com. Once verified, deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days.
Upon deletion, your email and related identifiers are removed from active and backup systems, and any residual data is purged during the next scheduled backup cycle. Deleted data cannot be recovered once the process is completed.
7Qube does not maintain “shadow copies” or archives of user conversations; AI interactions are processed transiently and are not stored beyond the active session.
6 Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have specific rights regarding how your personal data is collected, used, and managed by 7Qube. We recognize and respect these rights and are committed to enabling you to exercise them easily and transparently.

7Qube does not discriminate against users who exercise their data rights. Your access to educational or self-reflective features of the platform will not be restricted for exercising lawful privacy rights.
7 Artificial Intelligence and User Content
OUMAA uses conversational artificial intelligence (AI) to facilitate reflective, emotionally intelligent interactions. Our AI technology generates responses based on contextual language patterns and is designed for self-development, educational, and awareness-building purposes—not as a substitute for professional judgment, medical advice, or therapy.
7.1 Nature of AI-Generated Content
AI responses are generated algorithmically using trained language models that analyze text inputs to simulate natural conversation. While the system strives for accuracy, relevance, and empathy, it may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. These responses do not represent factual statements, diagnoses, or professional opinions from 7Qube or its affiliates.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs are automated, not human-authored, and should be interpreted as informational or reflective prompts, not as factual guidance.
- 7Qube makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated text.
- You are solely responsible for how you interpret, rely upon, or act on content generated during your sessions.
7.2 User Responsibility and Conduct
By using OUMAA, you agree not to:
- Input personally identifiable information (e.g., full name, address, phone number, or financial data).
- Share confidential or sensitive information about yourself or others, including medical or mental-health histories.
- Attempt to manipulate, re-engineer, or exploit the AI system in ways that may produce harmful or illegal content.
7Qube encourages users to treat interactions as guided reflections rather than personalized advice. If you feel emotional distress or require medical or psychological support, please seek assistance from a qualified professional or, if you are in the U.S., contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
7.3 Ownership and Licensing of User Content
You retain ownership of any original text, reflections, or written content you input into the platform. By submitting text to OUMAA, you grant 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering AI responses during your session.
AI-generated outputs are considered derivative, non-personalized educational materials, and may be used anonymously and in aggregated form to improve OUMAA's training data, product development, and quality assurance—without linking to your email or identity.
7.4 Ethical and Safety Oversight
7Qube is committed to responsible AI use. All AI operations follow internal ethical review guidelines ensuring:
- No predictive psychological profiling or emotion tracking.
- No decision-making with legal or health consequences.
- Continuous testing and filtering to prevent bias, hate speech, or misinformation.
By engaging with OUMAA, you understand that AI interaction is experimental in nature and meant to support introspection, learning, and conversation—not to replace expert evaluation or human connection.
8 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the 7Qube platform—including its design, structure, content, and technology—is the exclusive property of 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP or its licensors. Use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in 7Qube's materials, software, or creative content.
8.1 Ownership of Platform Materials
Unless otherwise stated, 7Qube retains full ownership of:
- All software code, algorithms, prompts, and conversational frameworks used to generate AI interactions.
- The design, layout, graphics, and user interface of the platform and its branded “Rooms.”
- All logos, trademarks, trade dress, taglines, and brand assets, including the “OUMAA” name and visual identity.
- All text, images, audio, or video content developed by or for 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP.
You may access and use these materials solely for your personal, non-commercial engagement with the platform.
8.2 User Content and Limited License
You retain ownership of your original written inputs (reflections, journal entries, or text responses) created through the 7Qube platform. However, by using the service, you grant 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to:
- Process and display your text for the purpose of generating conversational responses;
- Use anonymized, aggregated excerpts to improve or audit system performance, provided no identifying information is included.
This license terminates automatically when you delete your account or request erasure of your data.
8.3 Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the OUMAA platform or its content without express written permission.
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software, model, or system used by OUMAA.
- Create derivative works or competing services based on OUMAA's content, AI models, or intellectual property.
- Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract data or reproduce platform content.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension of access and legal action to protect 7Qube's proprietary rights.
8.4 Trademarks and Third-Party Rights
“OUMAA,” its logo, and associated visual marks are registered or pending trademarks of 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP. All other names, logos, and brands that may appear on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
You may not use OUMAA's trademarks, branding, or likeness in any way that implies partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship without prior written consent from 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP.
9 Limitation of Liability
7Qube Biz Solutions LLP provides its platform and AI-based tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind—express, implied, or statutory. By using OUMAA, you acknowledge and agree that your engagement with the platform is voluntary, educational, and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
9.1 Scope of Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP, its member, affiliates, contractors, officers, advisors, and licensors shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including emotional distress, data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption, arising from use of the platform or inability to access it.
- Reliance on AI-generated responses, interpretations, or insights, whether perceived as personal, emotional, or professional guidance.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI outputs, even if 7Qube or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such issues.
- Acts or omissions by third-party vendors, cloud hosts, or data processors that operate under independent infrastructure agreements.
9.2 Maximum Liability
In any case, 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's total cumulative liability—whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise—shall be limited to the lesser of:
- USD 100 (one hundred U.S. dollars), or
- The amount you paid (if any) to use the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies collectively to all claims made against 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP and its member, regardless of the number or nature of claims.
9.3 No Assumed Duty of Care
7Qube does not assume a duty of care toward any user. The platform is not designed for diagnosis, treatment, or crisis management, and should never replace consultation with a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
9.4 Jurisdictional Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and specific consumer protections may apply depending on your region.
By continuing to use OUMAA, you expressly waive the right to claim damages beyond these limits and acknowledge that the platform's purpose is educational and reflective—not clinical or advisory.
10 No Professional Relationship
7Qube Biz Solutions LLP and its platform, including all “Rooms” (such as the Me Room, Us Room, Coach Room, and We Room), are designed to facilitate self-reflection, learning, and emotional awareness, not to diagnose, treat, or provide professional care.
10.1 Educational and Reflective Purpose Only
The OUMAA platform offers tools, exercises, and AI-guided conversations to promote emotional intelligence, interpersonal understanding, and personal growth. All information and responses generated through the platform are intended for educational and self-developmental use only. They do not constitute:
- Medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice,
- Counseling or psychotherapy,
- Coaching or mentoring delivered by a licensed or certified professional, or
- Any clinical evaluation, treatment, or intervention.
Use of the platform does not create a therapist–patient, coach–client, or any other legally recognized professional relationship between you and 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP or its representatives.
10.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating and applying any insights gained from your interactions with OUMAA. The platform should be viewed as a supportive reflective environment, not a replacement for professional guidance or medical supervision.
If you experience emotional distress, crisis, or symptoms of mental illness, we urge you to seek immediate professional help.
- In the United States, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7).
- Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency number or mental-health helpline.
OUMAA does not provide crisis counseling and cannot guarantee real-time or emergency response.
10.3 No Endorsement or Certification
References to wellness, psychology, or emotional literacy within the platform do not imply endorsement by any medical authority, therapist, or regulatory body. Any contributors, advisors, or collaborators associated with 7Qube do so in an educational or creative capacity, not as clinical providers.
10.4 Your Agreement
By using OUMAA, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the platform's purpose is educational and self-reflective, not therapeutic or diagnostic.
- You will not rely on any AI-generated or human-curated response as medical, legal, or psychological advice.
- You accept full responsibility for your decisions, reflections, and actions arising from your use of the platform.
11 User Conduct
By accessing and using the OUMAA platform, you agree to engage in a manner consistent with our mission of fostering emotional intelligence, empathy, and responsible digital interaction. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and the community standards set forth below.
11.1 Expected Conduct
OUMAA is designed as a reflective and emotionally safe environment. Users are expected to:
- Interact respectfully with the AI and with any community or support features, if applicable.
- Use the platform for personal education, introspection, or professional learning—not for exploitation or harm.
- Protect their own privacy by avoiding submission of sensitive personal or third-party information.
- Report any misuse, technical vulnerability, or inappropriate content to support@oumaa.com promptly.
Respectful, ethical engagement ensures OUMAA remains a constructive digital space that promotes awareness and well-being for all users.
11.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use OUMAA for any unlawful, unethical, or disruptive purpose, including but not limited to:
- Harassment or Harm: Uploading or transmitting any content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or intended to cause emotional or physical harm to others.
- Impersonation or Misrepresentation: Misleading others by falsely claiming an identity, role, or professional qualification.
- Illegal or Unauthorized Activity: Using the platform to violate intellectual property rights, solicit illegal actions, or promote fraudulent behavior.
- System Interference: Attempting to hack, probe, disrupt, or overload the platform's infrastructure, or to bypass authentication or security mechanisms.
- Reverse Engineering: Copying, modifying, or analyzing any portion of OUMAA's source code, AI model, or proprietary framework.
- Commercial Exploitation: Using OUMAA for advertising, data scraping, or competitive research without written authorization.
- Automated Access: Employing bots, crawlers, or scripts to interact with the platform beyond ordinary human use.
- Malware or Exploits: Uploading files or links containing viruses, worms, or malicious code intended to damage or access system resources.
11.3 Account Suspension and Termination
7Qube reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately—without prior notice—if we reasonably believe a user has:
- Violated these Terms or applicable law,
- Compromised platform integrity or security, or
- Engaged in conduct contrary to OUMAA's purpose or community ethics.
Termination of an account includes removal of access and permanent deletion of associated data in accordance with Section 5 (Retention & Deletion).
11.4 Reporting and Cooperation
If you witness or experience conduct that violates these terms, please contact hello@oumaa.com with details. 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law to investigate misuse or harmful activity.
11.5 No Waiver of Rights
Failure by 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP to enforce any part of this section does not constitute a waiver of its rights to act in future instances of noncompliance.
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy and all matters relating to your use of the OUMAA platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hyderabad, India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions or the laws of your state or country of residence.
By accessing or using OUMAA, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, as described below.
12.1 Agreement to Arbitration
You and 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP agree that all disputes—including those relating to interpretation, validity, breach, or termination of these Terms—shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) or a comparable arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator experienced in commercial and technology law.
- Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator under applicable rules.
12.2 No Class or Representative Actions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that:
- Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
- You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
- The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding.
12.3 Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad if the claim qualifies and remains within the monetary limits of that court.
12.4 Injunctive or Equitable Relief
7Qube retains the right to seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent misuse of its intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidential information prior to or during arbitration.
12.5 Waiver of Jury Trial
You expressly waive the right to a trial by jury for any dispute related to the use of the platform or these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.6 Severability
If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In such case, both parties agree to replace the invalid portion with a lawful equivalent that most closely reflects the original intent.
12.7 Good-Faith Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith by contacting hello@oumaa.com and allowing at least 30 calendar days for discussion or mediation.
13 Indemnification
By using the OUMAA platform, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP, its member, affiliates, officers, advisors, contractors, licensors, and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising directly or indirectly from:
- Your use or misuse of the platform, including but not limited to any data, content, or material you submit, share, or generate;
- Your violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Your reliance on or interpretation of AI-generated responses, including decisions, actions, or communications made as a result;
- Unauthorized access or use of your account or credentials caused by your failure to maintain their confidentiality;
- Content or conduct that results in harm, defamation, intellectual property infringement, or violation of another's privacy or rights; or
- Disputes arising from third-party interactions or claims relating to your activity on the platform.
13.1 Scope of Your Obligations
You agree that this indemnification covers:
- All legal fees, arbitration costs, settlements, and judgments incurred by 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP as a result of defending against such claims; and
- Any losses arising from technical disruption, reputational damage, or data exposure caused by your intentional or negligent acts.
7Qube reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. In such cases, you agree to cooperate fully with 7Qube's defense, including providing requested documents, testimony, or clarification.
13.2 Limitation of User Claims
You agree not to pursue any claims against 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP, its member, or affiliates for damages or losses exceeding the liability limits defined in the appropriate Section on Limitation of Liability. This indemnification obligation will survive termination or deactivation of your account and continue to apply after your use of the platform ends.
13.3 Third-Party Involvement
If a third-party service (such as a cloud host, integration API, or AI processor) is involved in a claim related to your activity on OUMAA, you agree that your indemnity extends to cover such entities to the extent required by their contractual role with 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP.
14 Changes to This Policy
7Qube Biz Solutions LLP may update, revise, or amend these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, technology, applicable laws, or best practices in data protection and responsible AI use.
14.1 Notice of Changes
When material changes are made to this Policy, 7Qube will:
- Update the “Effective Date” at the top of the document;
- Publish the revised version at www.oumaa.com/legal; and
- When legally required or deemed appropriate, notify registered users by email at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the update.
Minor updates (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or non-material adjustments) may be implemented without prior notice but will still be reflected in the revision date.
14.2 User Responsibility
It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about any updates. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Policies.
If you do not agree with the updated version, you must discontinue using the platform and, if desired, request account deletion in accordance with Section 5 (Retention & Deletion).
14.3 Legal Effect of Revisions
All changes are effective as of the “Effective Date” stated in the Policy. No oral or informal communications from 7Qube representatives modify or supersede the published version of these Terms.
14.4 Archival and Transparency
