This Glossary forms part of 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's legal documentation and is provided for clarity and transparency. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.
1. Core Platform & Legal Terms
- Account
- A registered user profile created using an email address and, where applicable, a phone number, enabling access to the OUMAA platform.
- Account Data
- Limited personal information collected to create, authenticate, and manage a user account, including email address and optional phone number.
- Agreement
- Collectively refers to 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and associated policies, including this Glossary.
- AI (Artificial Intelligence)
- Automated conversational technology used by 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP to generate contextual, reflective, and educational responses based on user inputs.
- AI-Generated Content
- Text produced by OUMAA's AI systems during user interactions. Such content is automated, non-human authored and provided for educational and reflective purposes only.
- Anonymization
- A process by which personal identifiers are removed or altered so that data can no longer be reasonably linked to an identifiable individual.
- Arbitration
- A private, binding dispute-resolution process used instead of court litigation, as specified in the governing law and dispute-resolution provisions.
2. Data, Privacy & Security Terms
- AES-256
- Advanced Encryption Standard using a 256-bit key, an industry-recognized method for encrypting data at rest.
- Data Controller
- 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP, which determines the purpose and means of processing personal data collected through the platform.
- Data Processor
- A third-party service provider that processes data solely on 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Data Minimization
- A privacy principle under which only the minimum data necessary for platform operation, security, and compliance is collected and processed.
- Encryption in Transit (TLS)
- Transport Layer Security used to protect data while being transmitted between user devices and 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP systems.
- Personal Data
- Information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual user, such as an email address or phone number.
- Privacy-by-Design
- An approach whereby privacy safeguards are embedded into the platform's architecture, processes, and operational decisions from inception.
- Retention Period
- The defined duration for which data is retained before deletion or anonymization, based on operational, legal, or security requirements.
- Session-Based Processing
- Processing of user interactions primarily during an active session, without retention as user-linked conversational records beyond defined technical or security needs.
3. Platform Spaces (“Rooms”)
- Me Room
- A guided digital environment designed for individual self-reflection, emotional awareness, and personal insight.
- Us Room
- A guided environment focused on interpersonal understanding, communication patterns, and relational reflection.
- Coach Room
- A structured reflective space supporting clarity, decision-making, and goal exploration, without constituting professional coaching.
4. User Content & Conduct
- User Content
- Original text or inputs submitted by a user during interaction with the platform. Ownership remains with the user, subject to a limited license for processing.
- Limited License
- A non-exclusive, revocable permission granted by users allowing 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP to process submitted content solely to deliver AI responses.
- Code of Conduct
- Rules governing acceptable and prohibited behaviour while using the OUMAA platform, including restrictions on misuse, exploitation, and data submission.
- Prohibited Use
- Any use of the platform that is unlawful, unethical, disruptive, or inconsistent with OUMAA's educational and self-reflective purpose.
5. Professional & Liability-Related Terms
- Non-Therapeutic Platform
- A designation confirming that OUMAA does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, or crisis-intervention services.
- No Professional Relationship
- Clarifies that use of the platform does not create a therapist-patient, coach-client, legal, or medical relationship.
- Limitation of Liability
- A contractual provision defining the maximum extent of 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's financial responsibility, subject to applicable law and required carve-outs.
- Indemnification
- A user's obligation to defend and hold harmless 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP against claims arising from misuse, violations of law, or breach of the Agreement.
- Willful Misconduct
- Intentional wrongdoing or reckless behaviour, which is not protected by liability limitations where prohibited by law.
6. Governance & Compliance Abbreviations
- ICA
- Indian Council of Arbitration, the body whose rules govern arbitration proceedings under these Terms.
- GDPR
- General Data Protection Regulation (EU), a data-protection framework influencing 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's privacy practices where applicable.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- An international standard for information security management systems.
- NIST
- National Institute of Standards and Technology, whose cybersecurity framework informs 7Qube Biz Solutions LLP's security posture.
- PII
- Personally Identifiable Information, meaning data that can identify an individual, which users are prohibited from submitting into the platform.
- TLS
- Transport Layer Security, a protocol for securing data transmission.
